UK SHIPPING

Shipping to a UK address is £5, this will be added to your order at the checkout. All orders are sent Royal Mail First Class as standard and a signature will be required upon delivery. Your order should arrive within 3-5 working days of initial order, however please allow up to a week at busy times.

If you need your purchase for a certain date I would recommend ordering in advance as any delays in delivery are unfortunately out of my control once shipped. Please contact me with any special requirements before ordering and I will do my best to accommodate these.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Worldwide shipping is available for £10, this will be added to your order at the checkout. Overseas shipping, particularly outside of Europe, may encounter delays at customs. If you need your purchase for a certain date I would recommend ordering in advance as any delays in delivery are unfortunately out of my control once shipped.

PAYMENT

Payment is taken through Paypal. You do not need an account to pay with Paypal, you may securely checkout using a credit or debit card.

RETURNS

Due to the delicate nature of the artwork and the cost of delivery I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges at this time. If there are any issues with your order please contact me within 7 days of receiving it and I will do my best to arrange an appropriate solution.

SPECIAL ORDERS

If your order is a gift being sent directly to the recipient I can include a personal message from you at no extra charge. Please let me know what you would like to write at the checkout, or via the contact page.
